dmiller
Hi, I see that the VX550 3.3V rail is rated at 30A max, but I'm wondering how I can access the full rated current over the standard cables. As far as I know 3.3V is primarily available on the main 24-pin connector, of which 4 pins are dedicated to this rail. I think the max current rating for each of the 4 wires is ~6A, so 24A total. How can I access the other 6A? I know there are a few 3.3V pins on the SATA cable (generally unused), and maybe one or two on the 4-pin peripheral, but would this add up to 6A capacity? I also want to confirm that all of the 12V connections are wired to a single rail in the supply. Thanks, Dave
