thpalrg
Hi I have a pair of these (UPC code is TWIN2X4096-6400C5 G), Corsair website says it's 1.9V http://www.corsair.com/_datasheets/CM2X2048-6400C5.pdf But on the stick itself I saw CM2X2048-6400C5 5-5-5-18 1.80V ver3.1 800MHZ 2048MB Anyone know what is the correct voltage for this pair? Thanks

Thanks You are warranted for the life of the DRAM with up to and including 2.0v. I would set to the module value of 1.8v. Download Memtest86+ V2.01 from--->HereRun Memtest for two full passes. Results?
thpalrg
Thanks. Both 1.8V and 1.9V passed. But why is the discrepancy?
DerekT
The modules change with the revisions and some are tested with a higher or lower voltage when found stable. That's why it is best to go with the module stated voltage but in all cases it's really a moot point because the DRAM is always lifetime warranted for far higher volts.
