Try Sharka Sales as they carry a wide selection of fittings and I know for a fact they have the ones you need and yes, the inner size is 1/4"
The specs say that the tubing is 3/8 outer diameter. Is the inner 1/4". I need to buy the fitting to plumb other blocks into the system. Thanks Kobwo
Kobwo, The tubing to the cold-blocks are 1/4" ID to fit 1/4" barb-fittings. The OD could be 3/8" up to 1/2" for the tubing wall thickness. Thus, what ever you decided to use for the OD, make sure the clamps will work in that range. Stev

Hardcore water coolers see the pencil-thin tubing on the HC200 and scoff. But check the tubing inside the guts, between the pump and radiator. It is much thicker. If anything, the smaller diameter of the inlet and outlet hoses increases flowrate to the block. You can bet the Delphi engineers did all the calculations to get everything optimum.
