DRAM frequency with Corsair TWINX2048-3200C2PT

Hello everyone. I need some help with my settings. Ram has been running stable but not at the marketed timings. I need some help to identify what changes must be made on mother board.

I bought the Corsair TWINX2048-3200C2PT for my computer.

My mobo is a ASrock 939Dual-SATA2/AMD 64 X2 4200+. The mobos website states it does support up to DDR 400. Even Corsairs memory compatibility page showed a test done with both components on 1/23/2003.

When using CPU-Z and Everest the default timings with auto set on bios was at 2.5 3 3 7. So I went in and change it in bios to 2 3 3 6 as advertised. Memory runs stable. The issue I am having is the DRAM Frequency is at 129.4 MHz on both CPU-Z and Everest. I have tried changing the setting from auto to DDR 400(200MHz) and the one below it(i don't remember at the moment) and I get the same results. I haven't tried playing any games yet because I want to get the RAM to run the way it is suppose to be.

Please provide some feed back ASAP. I really looked forward to finally buying some Corsair XMS ram for my first time. I don't want to return it and not come back to Corsair as a customer. Thanks.

Please make sure that you have the latest BIOS then load setup defaults with the modules in the correct slots for dual channel then set the memory Voltage to 2.75 Volts and then set the tested settings to Cas 2.5-3-3-6 (Cas, TRCD,TRP, TRAS) and Command Rate to 2T
