Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted August 26, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 26, 2008 Have you manually set the memory voltage to 2.1 volts or was it left at the auto/default value? I would suggest that you test the modules one at a time in the slot closest to the CPU to see if you can isolate a failing module. Let us know your results! Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted August 28, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 28, 2008 If you have the same issues when testing the modules individually then there is a good chance that there is some other issue. It is very unlikely that two modules would fail at the same time, with the same error when each set of modules are tested at their advertised settings before they are packaged. You may want to see if you can test the memory in a different machine to see if you have the same issues. If you just want to have the modules replaced then you can use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace it. Be sure to check the box that says “I've already spoken to Technical Support and/or RAM Guy.”
