RMa delay - a month seems too long

I was issuesd RMA 1065552 on the 15th July and I prompltly sent faulty RAM as directed. According to the web, the RAM was received in the 22nd July.

 

There have been no further updates on the web to date.

 

I sent an email on the 6th August and was told that due to "high" demand there was a delay in supplying new RAM...

 

Not happy Jan....

Unfortunately we can not check the status of any RMAs from Technical Support, you will need to contact our customer service directly at 888-222-4346 and dial "0", (510) 657-8747 or email rmaservice@corsairmemory.com for RMA status. A month is definitely too long, I would give them a call and see if they can tell you when the replacement parts will ship!
