About 2 weeks ago I used MemTest and found that I had a defective memory module. I made a call to Corsair and was asked a few preliminary questions and then was advised to return the module.

 

Today I received a brand new module and am up to speed and functioning well.

 

I am posting this to say, "Thank You"to all involved.

 

I was treated with great courtesy and there was good communication at every step of the way.

 

I will only make one stop the next time I need memory. Corsair is bookmarked for sure.
