RMA Status?

I shipped a defective VX550W a while ago and the RMA status page shows that it's been received on Aug. 13.


Since that update, there has been no additional information and no emails.

Could you look into my case?

I have sent our customer service a message but I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

Thank you. I received the replacement unit yesterday evening.

It seems everything was processed on time. Only the status web page wasn't updating.


The new unit seems to have the correct voltages now, and so far so good.
