MAX3 and TWINX1024-4000PRO XMS4000 problems in game!

im using the ABIT KV8 MAX3 and CORSAIR [COLOR=DarkRed]TWINX1024-4000PRO XMS4000 [/COLOR] 1024MB , and i get random crashes, usualy in AvP2 or SOF2 ( return to XP or reboot system), some guys said that i should slow this memory (they had similar problem in AvP2 game) I tried de tuning it to settings: 3-3-3-8 - Faild or 2-3-2-6 - Faild but really i dont know how i can make this ddrs slower.
