Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted August 21, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 21, 2008 What is the part number of the modules, and how many modules do you have and why do you think they are both failing?
Horsevad
it is TWIN2X4096-64004DHX and it is 2 sticks on each 2 gb, came in the same box, and i cant boot with just 1 of them, BIOS finds only 1 block of 2 gb on boot with bots stick, and when i run memtest it finds over 2 million errors in the first test

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted August 25, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 25, 2008 Make sure you have the memory voltage set manually to 2.1 volts and if one of the modules is still failing then we will want to get the pair replaced for you. Please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace them. Be sure to check the box that says “I've already spoken to Technical Support and/or RAM Guy.”
