Tech Support Express Case [476847] - RMA (1050456)

RMA defective TWIN3X2048-1800C7DFIN G, which was received by Corsair on March 17, 2008.


I emailed customer service on April 14, 2008, requesting information as to the status of my RMA, and when I could expect the return of my product.


Received email back from customer service on April 15, 2008, stating my product was scheduled to ship on April 18, 2008.


As of close of business on April 25, 2008, I still have not received the return of my replacement memory. Living in Nevada, turn around time for items shipped from Ca. is only 2-3 days, via UPS ground.


I checked the link included in an email from Corsair that showed the status of my RMA, and no shipping information was input as of April 25, 2008.


Can you help me to find out why there is such a delay, and when I can expect to receive the replacement TWIN3X2048-1800C7DFIN G.

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!


I have sent them a message and asked them to check this and contact you, but I would suggest you just call them.
