Problems - Intel D875PBZ and TWINX1024-3200C2Pro + Dual Mode

Okay I have the Intel D875PBZ and TWINX1024-3200C2Pro memory. First problem was that I could not get memtest to run at all. I did a bios update for the mb and this fixed my memtest problem. Now running memtest with just one stick, at a time, I found no errors. But running in dual mode I get 15 or so errors on test 5. Using 2 sticks of 256 mb DDR400 ram (from a Dell system) running in dual mode I find no errors. I also tested the corsair ram in another system (Dell) and got the same amount of errors running in dual mode. So does this mean I have a bad MB or bad ram...or ram that just won't work with my system? Thanks for the help

What PSU do you have? And the Pro modules may run better with a bit more voltage, please check in your bios and see if you have a setting to change the Dim voltage, and I would set it to 2.7 Volts or as high as it will let you, but not more than 2.8 Volts.
