Never received replacement

Hello, in early March I sent my 4GB Voyager GT flash drive in to be replaced. On March 11th, I got an email saying that my replacement would be shipping shortly. However, I have yet to receive the replacement in the mail. I was wondering how long it generally takes to get the replacement. Thanks!

No it should not take that long please call our Customer Service and they will help you get this resolved.

Our hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time Monday through Friday, please try to call them again at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext "0" and do not hit any other extension or send an email to rma@corsairmemory.com along with your RMA# and ask them to check the status for you.
