I have Corsair Twin2x2048-6400c5dhx-g and a Gigabyte ma-ma770-ds3 board

My timings are:

CAS# Latency - 5t

RAS to CAS r/w Delay - 5t

Row Precharge time - 5t

Minimum RAS Active Time - 18t

1T/2T Timing - 2t

TwTr Command delay - 3t

Write Recovery time - 6t

Precharge time - 2t

Row Cycle Time - 23t

RAS to RAS delay - 3t

As an additional note CPU-z is reading my ram frequency as 375.5 and am having super cool random reboots.

memtest and other diag tools read RAM as good. 28 hrs staight of testing and nothing. Have been getting intermittent and random memory post errors, anbd BSOD...

Please make sure that you have the latest Bios version and then load setup/optimized defaults and set the Dim Voltage to 2.0 volts (+.0 Volts with Giga Byte) and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, and then test the module/'s one at a time with http://www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure. In addition, with some MB's (Mostly ASUS) you have to disable legacy USB in the bios when running any memory test2
