Sent in RMA got response B/O nothing more

No replies to e-mails sent inquiring about approximate B/O arrival time frame. Cannot call 888 number as it says office closed even though within operating time frames???. How do I get through to find out if a replacement is even in the near future???????

OK finally got through on 888 number to supervisor. Looks like cannot get a replacement for the Dominator 10000. They offered me the next step down with a refund for the difference. Guess I am as happy as I can be under circumstances.
