Hello I'm upgrading my PC this weekend as the new CPU (Q9450) is enroute. I'll be install the above memory into a GA-X48-DQ6 and will be populating all banks so that I have 8GB. My question is that I'm sure that I read somewhere that the memory timings needed to be slackened a bit if fully banked. So my question after looking through the manual is should I still set as follows:

*** Standard Timing Control ***

CAS Latency Time - 4

DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay - 4

DRAM RAS# Precharge - 4

Precharge Delay - 12

*** System Voltage Optimised ***

DDR2 OverVoltage Control - +.3v

I'm presuming this will give me the 4-4-4-12 @ 2.1v as displayed on the RAM. Any advice is appreciated.

It is advised to drop the bandwidth from 800Mhz to 667 when populating all four DRAM slots with 6400Mhz DRAM ie. System Memory Multiplier = 2.5. Your settings are correct, but you also need to increase the (G)MCH OverVoltage Control = +.2v.
