please help

Hi there

5 months ago I purchased a 4GB flash voyager, it was working fine the only problems I was having was that it kept bending at the tip. I have today tried to access my teaching material (which is saved on the drive) and it won't activate. My computer just doesn't seem to recognise that it is there at all. I badly need to gain access to my files on the drive. PLEASE can someone help.

You can try and gently wiggle the drive up and down and try to get it to connect and then get your data off of it. If that does not work then the only choice would be to replace it, but you will need to use some caution when inserting the drive as not to bend it or that may happen and it would not be covered under warranty, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace it.
