just got 6600 need help overclocking

Processer: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU (Q6600) @ 2.40Ghz

Ram: TWIN2X4096-6400C5DHX

MotherBoard: Ip35 Pro

CPU Fan: Zalman CNPS9700NTUniversal Cooler

Power Supply: Corsair CMPSU-750TX 750W

 

 

I was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction in overclocking my CPU to at least a 3.0. Or if someone can walk me through it plz. Thank You

Download memtest from--->
and extract the ISO image. Burn the ISO image to an CD-ROM disk.

is it possible to make it any faster like...to the point where it is like the most u can overclock it, then maybe like 2 steps below it.
