Flash Voyager 32GB needs driver in XP

I have a new bought 32GB Flash Voyager. I connect it to my vista mid-tower machine, and format to NTFS no problem what so ever. Then I try the memory on several XP professional sp2 machines and it works just fine.

However when I connect it to my work-laptop a Fujitsu-Siemens lifebook S-series, also XP professional sp2 it's prompting for drivers. The computer is connected to a domain (could that be a problem?), but I work at IT so I’m admin on the machine. I've tried everything I can think of, running the installer guide several times, trying with the win95/98 driver and so on...is there anything I can do to get the USB-stick working on this machine?

That would suggest that your NB will need to have one of its drivers updated. Please check with the MB maker and see if you have the latest BIOS and drivers. But some OEM systems will use a non Intel PHY and the codec driver will need to be updated from the respective PHY chip maker to properly work with newer USB 2.0 Devices.
