Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 22, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 22, 2008 Please make sure that you have the latest BIOS for your motherboard and then load optimized defaults and set the Memory Voltage to 2.75 volts and then set the timings to 3-3-3-8 (CAS-tRCD-tRP-tRAS) and then test the modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org! Please allow memtest to run 2-3 passes on each module. If you still get errors, we will be happy to replace them! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure. SyndicatedDeath
last night when doing my tests, I ran both sticks separately. one stick passed everything fine. the other stick just floods red errors. also both sticks had been running with out issue for about a year then I started getting random BSODs. so I ran memtest with both sticks and get the flood of red. then ran them individually. Thanks!

SyndicatedDeath
so, I should send in both sticks? or just my bad one?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 23, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 23, 2008 These modules will need to be replaced as a set. This is to ensure you receive a matched pair in return and that there are no compatibility issues with a replacement module.

SyndicatedDeath
I'm pretty sure I submitted my RMA via the link you provided me. However, I have not yet received a confirmation email. It's also possible I spaced out and didn't hit submit too. Can you verify this for me please?
