rx74me
I have asus p5wdh mb with e6600 running at 3.06. What ram timings should I try at 850 for the memory? Thanks
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 21, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 21, 2008 I would just leave the timings at Auto and set the memory Voltage to 2.0 Volts.
rx74me
I put it on auto and it selects 5-2-2-18 is that okay? Thanks, Richard
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 21, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 21, 2008 What is getting set to 5-2-2? And what are you using to see those settings?
rx74me
I got the timings from memtest. I have the voltage at 1.9 yesterday and I received errors running memtest using the auto setting. When I had the timings set manually at 5-5-5-18 it passed the memtest.
DerekT
When I had the timings set manually at 5-5-5-18 it passed the memtest. Then this is where you should stay at. The motherboard is reading and setting the DRAMS SPD module configuration incorrectly at Auto.
