KaaN10
I live in Australia and got my Corsair 620HX imported overseas from frys.com I bought lots of parts from their, they all work well but the PSU. I took my parts to a shop for them to assemble and they called and said the Corsair 620HX is making un-needed noises and said it would need to be replaced. I bought it a month or two a go on Frys but only got to opening it now. Frys told me it's past their 30 day warranty so they told me to contact Corsair. Please help. Wired
RMA is a general form, but if you'd like you can also go to http://tsxpress.corsairmemory.com and fill out that RMA form, it's a bit more in depth.
Dalork
I'm in Australia and had a faulty HX620, I didn't bother with posting it to the US as when I asked Aus post the postage was around $100 plus packing and insurance on-top of that. It was working out almost the same as what I paid for the PSU but it would be gone for weeks or longer. It was cheaper/easier for me to just buy another power supply from a local store and be up and running within an hour

pantner
FYI, i have a 450W Corsair which has gone faulty. The store i purchased it from has gone under (nintek!) so i can't go back to them... i have just called Altech, a corsair Disty, who will do the warranty for a handling charge of $33...much cheaper then sending it to the US. The guy even said he'd do a straight swap for me! (but they don't have them in stock at the moment :()
