Aerius
I have a CM2X1024-6400 stick installed on my motherboard, and it is fully functional. The motherboard is an MSI K9N ULTRA 2F. I bought an identical stick, and the system is unable to boot successfully with this new stick in any of the DIMM slots. I have checked the possible slot-arrangements with MSI to make sure this is not the problem. The original stick is functional in any of the DIMM slots, but the system will not boot with just the new one in any of them. Any combination of sticks and slots involving the new stick does not boot, so I'm fairly sure the new stick is faulty. Any other ideas?
