PLease help

I have an RMA number now and I am rdy to send my memory back for exchange. I have been very impressed both with the performance of your products and the ease with which my issue has been resolved. One last thing tho, I am faced with being outta commission for a few days while I wait for my product to get to you and the replacements to get back , Is there anyway we can work out a better exchange method? I have done an exchange via a UPS store before. Lemme know please.
