rlowery
I'm resubmitting everything RIGHT NOW and I will update this thread with any information. I NEED HELP NOW. I fail to understand why YOU can't give ME an RMA number.
rlowery
Your case number is 434500, please keep this number for future reference. Thank you. Customer Service will contact you shortly with an RMA Number. Help please.
rlowery
Edit: It looks like I mistyped the original RMA request number. I typed 420429 It's really 420409 That's my fault. So I apologize. But I never got the RMA number -- which caused this entire thread -- so that's still Corsair's fault. Can you assist me with either 420409 or the newly created 434500
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 6, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 6, 2008 I have sent a message to customer service and asked them to check into that ASAP but I would suggest you call them at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext "0"
rlowery
I really don't have time to call. If it was Newegg, I'd send it straight back to them. This is suppose to be an automated process. Please e-mail me RMA# to rlowery@kenton.org PLEASE.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 6, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 6, 2008 Please e-mail me RMA# to rlowery@kenton.org The email address associated with both cases was "rlowey@kenton.org." Which email is correct? Edit: I assume the correct address should be "rlowery@kenton.org" so I have changed the emails on both cases and re-approved them. If you still do not get the RMA #'s then check your spam/bulk folder to make sure our emails were not filtered into there.
rlowery
Strange about the e-mail mixup. I received the approved RMA numbers. Thank you for your help. My job doesn't allow me to use the phone for personal calls and I work during your office hours.
