RMA approved 1/30 -- Never got RMA # -- Don't have time to call

Case # 420429

 

It's on the 2x2GB kit of DDR2-667 SODIMM which is listed as compatable for a Dell Inspiron 1420

 

Purchased at Frys

 

It worked for 3 or 4 weeks, one stick went bad, tested slot with factory 512MB stick -- all was well.

 

 

RMA was approved

 

Never got RMA #

 

E-mailed on Sunday -- no reply.

 

Please help.

Edit: It looks like I mistyped the original RMA request number.

 

I typed 420429

 

It's really 420409

 

 

That's my fault. So I apologize.

 

But I never got the RMA number -- which caused this entire thread -- so that's still Corsair's fault.

 

Can you assist me with either 420409 or the newly created 434500

The email address associated with both cases was "rlowey@kenton.org." Which email is correct?

 

Edit: I assume the correct address should be "rlowery@kenton.org" so I have changed the emails on both cases and re-approved them. If you still do not get the RMA #'s then check your spam/bulk folder to make sure our emails were not filtered into there.
