RMA received a month ago and nothing

I sent my memory back and the status page says Defective Parts Received on: 1/7/2008. I am still waiting for my replacement. RMA# 1039031.

 

What is the deal with RMA's at Corsair? I figured I was the only one having a problem, but I come on the forums and see 4 posts about this in the past week!

 

Please let me know if you can help me get my RMA processed

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
