Returned with RMA 6 weeks ago..Waiting!!!

I have contacted the Ram Guy, and customer support and still have not recieved my RAM replacement after 6 Weeks..I thought Corsair would handle this matter quickly..but it seems I was wrong..My RMA is #1039652 My Case is #370612..It would be nice to get some sort of response from a well know company like Corsair..still waiting and waiting and waiting...
