Gareth: I'm in the exact same situation. Its been over 10 business days since they've received my RMA (8 GB flash drive). No contact at all. I tried emailing like specmike recommends, and it has been a day now with no reply. :(:

My case # is 376847. I tried calling yesterday morning and received several "All circuits are busy" messages, and when I got through, I selected tech support and it rang several times, then sent me to someone's voice mail and not tech support. JStrider
I have the same problem... except I got the email saying that they had recieved my thumb drive in DECEMBER! I just called and they said the drive was back ordered, I shouldve at least been notified of that quite a while ago. and In the case of a significant delay like this I should be given the option of replacing it with a comprable product. I'm Case #364013

Gun5linger
for those in the UK, try getting a VIP communications prepaid phone account, or a swiftcall one. i have both, and they can be used for calls from either country to others, very handy and considerably cheaper than the regular option you talk of
