Hi,

I returned my faulty 8gb flash voyager GT a few weeks back and recieved the following on 21/01/08:

Corsair Technical Support has sent you a message regarding Case #378224

----------------------------------

Dear Gareth,

We wanted to let you know that we have received your return package for RMA number 1040343 Your returned product is staged for review by our returns department, and we will be contacting you shortly regarding repair or replacement.

It is now 31/01/08 and i have recieved no further information. Is there any way i can chase up the progress other than to call customer services (As i am in the UK and the only number i have seen is for the US)?

Thanks,

Gareth.

I'm in the exact same situation. Its been over 10 business days since they've received my RMA (8 GB flash drive). No contact at all. I tried emailing like specmike recommends, and it has been a day now with no reply. :(:

My case # is 376847. I tried calling yesterday morning and received several "All circuits are busy" messages, and when I got through, I selected tech support and it rang several times, then sent me to someone's voice mail and not tech support.

I have the same problem... except I got the email saying that they had recieved my thumb drive in DECEMBER!

I just called and they said the drive was back ordered, I shouldve at least been notified of that quite a while ago. and In the case of a significant delay like this I should be given the option of replacing it with a comprable product.

I'm Case #364013

  • 2 weeks later...
  • 3 weeks later...

for those in the UK, try getting a VIP communications prepaid phone account, or a swiftcall one.

i have both, and they can be used for calls from either country to others, very handy and considerably cheaper than the regular option you talk of
