TWIN2X4096-6400C5DHX G Timing question

What are the best timings I can use for the configuration I have?

BFG NVidia 680i SLI motherboard P31 BIOS

4x TWIN2X4096-6400C5DHX G DDR2 800 for 8GB of Corsair memory

BFG 1000W power supply

I know they are listed as 5-5-5-18 on the ram themselves.

I am trying out 4-4-4-12, but I would love the more experienced advice here.

I'm sorry to say this, but you will not be able to get your system to run stably at DDR2-800 speed with 4-4-4-12 timings with all four memory slots on your motherboard filled (due to the excessive loading on your motherboard's memory controller). Instead, since these modules are already rated at 5-5-5-18 timings without loading the memory controller, you have no choice but to lower the memory speed down to DDR2-667 (with the same 5-5-5-18 timings) instead of running them at DDR2-800 speed.

In addition, you may have to raise the DIMM voltage to 2.0V instead of the standard 1.8V in order to run all four sticks reliably.
