Filled RMA sent product, haven't heard anything in weeks

I purchased a Flash Drive over a month ago, and within the first week it stopped working. I received an e-mail on Jan 3rd stating they have received my defective product. And now today is the 30th and I have not received anything, no e-mails, phone calls anything. I sent a message to Customer Service and never received anything back.

 

RMA number: 1037663

Corsair Product: CMFUSB2.0-2GB

Quantity Returned: 1

I did end up calling them and I was sent another e-mail with information about send back my defective product. I have already done that. The CSR told me he was going to forward the information to me, and something about being out of stock. I guess it would help if I could have heard him.

The email you got about the RMA was from me, sorry when I sent the message to customer service I hit an incorrect button. But if you just called them I would give it an hour or so and see what happens. The emails notices are automated when a part is sent out so I assume that he/she was going to try and get the replacement processed for you ASAP. If you do not hear from them by this afternoon our time please send me an email ramguy@corsairmemory.com and put ATT Ram Guy and include your RMA number and a link to this post and your contact phone number and I will make sure someone contacts you.
