I received an e-mail on Jan 3rd stating they have received my defective product. And now today is the 30th and I have not received anything, no e-mails, phone calls anything. I sent a message to Customer Service and never received anything back. I have already done that. The CSR told me he was going to forward the information to me, and something about being out of stock. I guess it would help if I could have heard him. But if you just called them I would give it an hour or so and see what happens. The emails notices are automated when a part is sent out so I assume that he/she was going to try and get the replacement processed for you ASAP. If you do not hear from them by this afternoon our time please send me an email ramguy@corsairmemory.com and put ATT Ram Guy and include your RMA number and a link to this post and your contact phone number and I will make sure someone contacts you.
