Hittman
Anyone have some advice with the QUAD2X4096-8500C5 modules when setting to 1066 5-5-5-15-2T ? system is stable at the default SPD of 800 5-5-5-18-2T but hangs or reboots when manually setting timing. Running an ASUS P5N-T Deluxe with 2xBFG 880GTX OC.
Yellowbeard
Try increasing the voltages to your memory controller to compensate for the load of 4 modules. Nvidia calls it SPP voltage. There is also a related tracking/reference/termination voltage. Try 1,2, or 3 notches above the stock setting on both of these. On 680i 1.4v or so on each was sufficient.
