1Frothy
On the advice of the memory configurator on Corsair.com I put in my Board details: 1. Motherboard 2. Intel 3. G33TL Clicked Search then checked the 'For a complete list of compatible modules for this motherboard'. One of the modules listed is: TWIN2X4096-6400C5 Thing is on the Corsair site the memory is listed as 1.80V and the packed RAM I have here has 1.90V stamped on it, Version 3.1 and the Timings match. Totally confusing. Can I successfully use this RAM on my Intel G33TL board or not? Cheers.

yehuda
Can you please recheck this? The datasheet for TWIN2X4096-6400C5 was updated this month and it reads 1.9V as well. http://www.corsair.com/products/xms2.aspx Thanks.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 27, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 27, 2008 That is correct the C5 part is rated at 1.9 and the C5DHX are rated at 1.8 Volts.
yehuda
Ok thanks. You might want to take the C5 part out of the compatibility pages for Intel DG33TL, DP35DP and the like because if the new version can't meet stock timings at 1.8V users could face stability issues.
