artsick
I am looking to overclock my second pc build. I have never overclocked before so please keep that in mind! My question is: are the stock Intel heatsink and Corsair Twin2x2048-5400C4 parts good enough to safely and easily overclock the q6600 to 9x333? Below are the parts I plan to use: Asus P5E (don't have yet), Corsair Twin2x2048-5400C4 ram, Intel Q6600 (don't have yet), Corsair HX620 power supply, Geforce 7600GT. I appreciate any help I can get. Yoxxy
Yes should be no problem. Remember to use the 1:1 divider. PC2-5400 is 333 mhz. If you arn't running crossfire though, you should be more than happy running Asus P5K and save some money.
