ranger0293
Sorry to make a thread just for this, but this motherboard wasn't in the memory configurator wizard on the website. What kind of memory can I use for it? Here is a link to the motherboard: http://www2.abit.com.tw/page/en/motherboard/motherboard_detail.php?pMODEL_NAME=AN-M2&fMTYPE=Socket%20AM2 I have a 1GB stick of CMX1024-3200PT. That's DDR 400, but the motherboard is DDR2 800. Are those not compatible? Thanks.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 18, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 18, 2008 No they would not be compatible, and for that MB I would suggest VS1GB667D2 or if it will support setting the memory Voltage you can use Twin2x2048-6400C5DHX. stevep12
I have a question, I just bought an ABIT AN-M2 Nview board and then I bought this from TigerDirect: TWINX 2048MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz E.P.P. Memory (2 x 1024) I dont see the AN-M2 board on the configurator either, so just wondering if it is compatible memory for this board. Also, what does EPP stand for?
