hallryu
Hi, I keep getting this error at boot up! I believe it may be a memory error! I have set the voltage manually to 2.1V and timings to 4-4-4-12. http://img223.imageshack.us/img223/7273/cpuzmemtimingski7.th.jpg What should I do? Thanks
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 17, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 17, 2008 I would suggest setting the memory frequency at DDR667 with 4 modules, but you can try and set the NB/MCH Voltage up to +.05 Volts and see if that helps. hallryu
MCH Overvoltage only appears to be able to be put up but +0.3! I put it up to that. I'll tell you what happens!

hallryu
The problem is still happening I'm afraid. I ran Windows own Memory test and it reported no problems. I suspect if is a Vista Issue, I'm going to replace the files listed in the errors, 'Winload' and the like from my Vista DVD just in case they have been corrupted. So I think I'm ruling out a memory problem. What do you think?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 22, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 22, 2008 You'll need to install MS patch 929777 from Microsoft for more than 3 GIG in Win Vista. You can search for it at http://www.microsoft.com.
