Voyager 4gb not readable

For 2 months my stick worked without any problems.


Now blue led is on (not blinking!)

Windows xp and win2000 say: Not readable


If i had to send it back how will pay shipment?

It is in warranty time!


I´m from austria so where to send?

Let's get it replaced, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace it.


And I would check with your reseller and see if they will help you, if not then please talk to our customer service they will be able to help with where and who you can send the drive to. 510-657-8747 Ext "0"
