hube29 Posted January 16, 2008 Share Posted January 16, 2008 hello. this is my fisrt time posting so please excuse any mistakes. my 8gb voyager flashgt is not being recoginzed on different computers. when i insert drive is recognized a generic drive. i can copy, paste, new stuff onto drive and access that way but can not get to files already on it because when i list props it shows used mbs on it and i just checked it before everything stop and is the same used mbs. is it defect, or something i can fix like format it help thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 16, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 16, 2008 Please try to format the drive from a command prompt with this syntax: Format (X:) /FS:FAT32 /U (X=the drive letter assigned to the Flash Voyager) If you still have problems we can get it or them replaced, please use the RMA request found in TSXpress or follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
