CISRon
I have two sticks of VS1GB667D2. One of them seemed to be causing system instability. Ran memtest86+ and determined that just the one was bad. It brought up errors instantly on the first pass. I ran the test with both in, then both seperate, then switched them around in the slots. The bad one checked bad every time, and the good one never brought up an issue. When tested together, errors were generated. I would like to request an RMA for this stick. Since this was purchased as "VS2GBKIT667D2", will I have to return the whole kit? I would hate to have to do that, as up time is critical for my system. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 9, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 9, 2008 You can request a RMA for the single module for that part, VS1GB667D2. But I would suggest getting them both replaced so they both match. Please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace it.
