eluder
I have a Corsair HX620W that emits a high pitched whine on the Windows desktop that goes away when the system is loaded. I've tried a different UPS, cord and outlet to no avail. I submitted and RMA on the online form, but the response was a question that was answered in the initial submission of the form. After sending the information again, I haven't heard back. Please advise, thanks!

eluder
Thank you so much. It looks like this is not an advanced RMA. So I'll be without my computer for a few weeks? I can't really have that unfortunately. What are my options for an advanced RMA, or where would I find more information? Thanks!
