BryanW1
Hello, I have a set of TWIN2X2048-6400C4, and one stick has now apparently failed. I have alternately tested them one at a time in the first slot at 2.1v, and one will allow the computer to boot while the other will not. I would very much like to get this set replaced if possible. Thanks, Bryan

charpentierr
Im having the same problem except that my memory is partof the dominator series, TWIN2X2048-6400C4D. I have 4 gigs and i have found out through troubleshooting that one stick prevents my system from booting. It leads me to believe that its a bad stick. What do i need to do in order to get a replacment? Thanks, Casey

charpentierr
Im having the same problem with a set of ddr memory for a different machine as well, TWINX2048-3200PT. When one stick is in it boots with no problems but if a put the other in the computer will refuse to boot up. I would really like to have this replaced as well. Do you have any i dea on what the turn around times are for an rma? Thanks, Casey
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 16, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 16, 2008 Normally RMAs will take 5-7 business days, however I would recommend contacting our RMA dept directly once you receive an RMA number, to find out the details. You can contact our customer service at 888-222-4346 and dial "0", (510) 657-8747 or email rmaservice@corsairmemory.com.
