Striker Extreme memory problems

I put together my system and used CMX2x1024-6400c3d memory.

2 sicks. The system was okay into bios but would not boot at ell after several tries. I got an RMA number and returned the RMA. I enclosed a letter indicating that if there was a problem with this memory and the MB to let me know and If there was compatible upgrade memory I would be willing to pay the extra. I also spoke with someone on the phone who assured me that this memory was compatible with the striker extreme. I got the memory and installed it this morning. I set the setting printed on the chip 3-4-3-9 and voltage at 2.40

The machine failed to boot. I reset it and now it will not boot into the bios any more. The only way i could boot the machine was to install some kingston kvr667D2 memory obviously this does not take advantage of the FSB capabilities of the board.

This is my first nvidia board and I have never had problems before. I paid more for the Dominator memory than i did the mobo.

I am getting deperate and am even considering another motherboard that doesnt use nvida.

I can't even try different tiings if I can't get into bios. help!

Please try with just our modules installed to turn off the PSU or disconnect the power and then remove the battery and clear the BIOS with the CLRTC jumper and then see if it will post the system. If it will post go to BIOS setup and load setup defaults and then set the memory memory voltage to 2.4 Volts and set the Command Rate to 2t and set SLI ready memory to CPU 0% and Disable Legacy USB and then exit the BIOS saving changes and run http://www.memtest.org on the system.
