Chaudaboy
Hello, I have posted on this forum to get an RMA, now I have got it. But, and I have said it last time, my neighbor have exactly the same problem with his Key (Corsair flash voyager 2GB, and we have bought our keys together on the same website). So, can we send our keys in the same package with ONE RMA number? Or, my neighbor must be ask an RMA on this forum, at this time, is it possible we send the two keys on the same package? Or, we must send our keys separated in two packages with two RMA number? Thanks.

Xtreeme
Id contact the rma department to find that out. Two diff cases- would usually need Two unique rma numbers since your two diff customers. Wether you can ship them together. Im not sure how corsair would handle that.

Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 7, 2008 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 7, 2008 Normally you would want to create 2 different cases, however you can contact our customer service at 888-222-4346 and dial "0", (510) 657-8747 or email rmaservice@corsairmemory.com and see if they are able to combine both products into one RMA for you.
