MJR
I just bought a new power supply and I've only been able to get my system booted if I don't have it inserted into my case. Is this some kind of weird grounding issue that is preventing the system from booting when the PSU is inserted into the case? The supply will power up all of the fans and the DVDROM but thats as far as it goes.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted January 4, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 4, 2008 Sounds like a motherboard issue, you may want to reseat your CPU and remove the motherboard from the case and see if you are having the same issues.
