hsinhow
Hi, I had a failed Voyager 2GB Flash drive (not being detected by several PCs) and it is under Corsair's warranty. I know that I can request a RMA and replace the flash drive through the tech support. My issue is that I have confidential data stored in the flash drive and feel hesitated to send it away (even I knew the flash drive is broken). Since I live in the SF South Bay area and is not from from Fremont, CA, can Corsair test and replace my flash drive on-site?
