Compatible Issue with ASUS M2N-E

I recently purchased a pair of TWIN2X2048-6400C5DHX G (2GB Kit DDRII 800MHz) to upgrade on my ASUS M2N-E motherboard; however, when I installed & tried to turn on the power, the computer wouldn't boot and the mainboard made the warning sound of "Bi ... Bi ... Bi ... Bi". I gave another try to put them into another two slots but remained the same of that warning sound.

I instantly replaced them back to my 1GB Kit DDRII 533MHz, and everything went back to normal again. I wonder could this be compatibility with the mainboard or else?!

Here is my system set up:

CPU - AMD Athlon 64 3200+

Motherboard: ASUS M2N-E, nForce 570 SLI (Note: Could have the same chipset with M2N-E SLI), BIOS Ver. 0802

H.D.D.: WD1600JS-22MHB0

Memroy : 1GB Kit DDR2 533MHz (CL 4-4-4-12 @ 1.8V)

Sound: Sound Blaster

Video Card: NVidia 6600

Thanks for the help...!!!

With just the new modules installed please disconnect the power to the system and then remove the C-MOS Battery and then move the CLRTC Jumper to the clear position for about 5 minutes and then put it back together and turn it on and see if the system will let you into the BIOS and load setup defaults and then set the memory Voltage to 1.9 Volts and set the tested settings Cas5-5-5-15 at 1.9 Volts.

Hi Ram Guy, I tried pulled out C-MOS battery as well as removed the CLRTC Jumper and waited 5 mins to strat my computer, but the condition remained the same.

However, I think I said it wrong about the warning sound last time, it should be "Bi~ Bi .. Bi" 3 Bi sound instead of 4 Bi sound. I noticed the 1st Bi sound is longer than the 2nd & 3rd, but without much luck I still couldn't boot into Windows with TWIN2X2048-6400C5DHX installed. :[pouts:

Any other suggestion?!Plz...?! Thanks.
