Master Shake
The package says 1111MHz but my BIOS says 800 when it boots up. Do I need to chage the BIOS setting to 1111MHz in order to get the full use out of the RAM or will that damage it? It also says 2.4v but the default voltage is no where near that. Do I need to adjust that as well? Thanks in advance.

bigbuck08
You will be limited by your CPU to DDR1066 but you can easily get the full speed by overclocking your CPU. To be at DDR1066 have the following settings: DDR2 SDRAM Clock: Manually set to 1066MHz SDRAM CAS Latency: 4T SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 4T SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 4T SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 12T DRAM Voltage: 2.3v (If its not stable at 2.3v up it to 2.4v but go no higher) After setting those in your BIOS please test with Memtest. How To Use Memtest.
Master Shake
Thanks for the help will do. Would going any lower than 2.3v hurt the ram?
bigbuck08
No but it may not be enough to power the RAM under load.
Master Shake
So is 1111MHz their rated speed and anything over/under is over/underclocking them?
bigbuck08
1111MHz is the rated speed but because your CPU only runs at 1066Mhz it limits the DRAM speed.
