Padlock unlocked

Hi,

 

I boughed 2 padlocks 1GB. One is working ok while I have problems with the other. I set up a combination. Information was only reveiled after correctly unlocking the padlock. The next morning I noticed the that after disconnecting it from the USB port the green light did not blink.

Now when I perss the key the red light blinks, so it should be locked. But when I connect it to the USB port without unlocking it, it shows all the files.

When I try to set up a combination, press key, enter a combination, perss key again, Both green and red light should blink in unison, but only the red light blinks.

Am I doing something wrong or is this unit broken?

And if I should return it to Corsair, what is the address?

Or you may use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace it.

I did as advised and got the Tech Support Case {[383595] - RMA Approved.

The reference RMA# was 1040927

I returned the Padlock about 6 weeks ago but until now I did not get a replacement.
