KeesLeidekker Posted December 26, 2007 Share Posted December 26, 2007 Hi, I boughed 2 padlocks 1GB. One is working ok while I have problems with the other. I set up a combination. Information was only reveiled after correctly unlocking the padlock. The next morning I noticed the that after disconnecting it from the USB port the green light did not blink. Now when I perss the key the red light blinks, so it should be locked. But when I connect it to the USB port without unlocking it, it shows all the files. When I try to set up a combination, press key, enter a combination, perss key again, Both green and red light should blink in unison, but only the red light blinks. Wired Posted December 26, 2007 Share Posted December 26, 2007 Before mailing it off, you'll need an RMA #. Go to http://tsxpress.corsair.com and go through the automated steps for an RMA.
