CMFUSB2.0-4GBGT defect

Hi,

i have a Voyager GT- 4GB Stick - bought in the middle of 2007.

 

Last week i take my stick out of my pocket and i had to recognise that there is something wrong- it seems that the stick is broken internaly.

 

The stick works till now - but the connector is very unsteadily or shaky.

i have shoot a picture of the stick - you can see that between the usb-connector and the gum there is a little gap.

Is there any possibility to make a rma for this issue ?

On the stick there are two numbers: NMW779285 and 07286028-0

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
