Yellowbeard Posted December 28, 2007 Share Posted December 28, 2007 Yeah, you have some problem with the install or the unit. Your CPU should not be nearly that hot. Make sure visually that your pump is operating. As noted, did you remove the plastic protective film from the water block prior to install?
