Smurf
I just received an 8GB corsair voyager GT flash memory drive. I purchased this drive at Buy.com. It arrived in a package clearly labeled as 8GB. BUT when I put the flash drive in a Sony Laptop it reads it as a corsair flash drive and tells me I need to format. OK, no problems until I try and format it. The format will only give me 4GB, 3.8 something or other. I tried the flash drive on my desktop running Windows XP (laptop is Vista) and I get the same results. I have not done the format yet, is there a work around for the full 8GB or is there a problem with the drive itself? thanks much, any help would be much appreciated. shawn
